PerCent
The main aim of the project is to explore how a model for person-centred care can be developed, implemented and evaluated in order to limit a person’s feelings of insecurity and increase their confidence in their own ability after having undergone allogeneic stem cell transplantation.
The aim is to develop a person-centred nursing model for allogeneic stem cell transplantation and investigate how the model affects the patient's perceptions and experience.
This project contributes to the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
